Last 12 months, 702 killed, 19 "Insurgents, Terrorists & Deadenders" (that was Rummy's term) among them. That's a 2% kill rate, violates Geneva Accords and constitutes a War Crime.

Looks like they did not get the memo stating "Resistance is Futile" (another Rummy) stolen from Sci-Fi show "Star Trek" when the Borg come to town, they submit or are destroyed.

Cheney says Holder's review is "Purely Political", not punishment for Criminal acts. He loves to say torture was reviewed and approved by Justice.
