This story is so outrageous, words do insufficient justice to the magnitude and scope of the deception
perpetrated on the citizens of the United States, Russia and the U.K. Our nearly two weeks of 24x7
investigation has uncovered numerous outright falsehoods and claims by media and government alike,
including the BBC (22 min "Newsmaker Report by Tom Mangold" (Realplayer). much the same was reported
here by the Voice of America, (VOA) also 09/13/03. Watch both broadcasts very carefully now class, there
will be a test afterwards. Was the BBC duped, does Tom Mangold have a "handler" within British "Intelligence"
or have they just become a lazy Tabloid?

Note U.S. Attorney Chris Christie's claims both regarding assistance from "elements of the United States
Military" (which may well be a violation of the U.S. Constitution), and that the object of the plot was to
"down a commercial airliner."

The governments of the United States, Russia and U.K. claim to have foiled a plot, by means of a" sting", in which a "International Arms Dealer", one Hekmant (aka Hemant) Lekhani, (actually a UK failed Basmati Rice & Sari fabric wholesaler), Moinuddeen Ahmed Hameed, an Indian citizen reported to have a home in Malaysia and Yehuda Abraham (is this the same Yehuda who is a 76 year old Hasid from Forest Hills?), a New York-based Global Gem Wholesaler, had together conspired to obtain a Russian Igla, surface-to-air shoulder fired missile, capable of hitting low-flying targets @ 4km. Here is that days' opening salvo in the hyperbole battle to outdo each others' claims... (Press Release from the U.S. F.B.I., 13th August, 2003)

Problem is, as far as the inaccurate Igla goes, it is best only when targeted at Helicopters. The Russians should know, having been targeted in Chechnya, reportedly the weapon used in the downing of the military chopper killing 99+ soldiers aboard (20th August, 2002). And what of the strange death of General and Governor of Krasnoyarsk, Siberia, Alexander Lebed, (audio/video) who would by now surely have replaced Valdimir Putin. Here's a crash from today. Caught in the act, CNN denies posting kyron version of CNN/Gallup/USA Today Poll
as "Do you think the White House misled the American public about the reasons for going to
war?" Response 55% yes, 38% no. The question from 5pm was re-displayed at 7pm
with word "misled" replaced by term "too optimistic." Who cares? Viewers who had expected accurate
reporting, even from the likes of CNN.
